John T. DiPasqualePartner, joined 1999
John serves as Managing Partner of Cobblestone, as well as Portfolio Manager and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He received a B.A. degree in Economics from Georgetown University. John is involved in several local organizations and currently serves on the Advancement Committee for McQuaid Jesuit High School. Prior to joining Cobblestone, he served four years as Assistant to the President of Georgetown, and spent five years with Salomon Smith Barney as a financial consultant. John, his wife Meghan, and their two children reside in Pittsford.
Thomas M. Bartlett, CFAPartner, joined 1991
Tom is a co-founder of Cobblestone and serves as a Senior Partner, Portfolio Manager, Chief Compliance Officer, and member of the Investment Committee. He received a B.A. degree in History from Washington and Lee University and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Tom is a board member and Assistant Treasurer of the Urban League of Rochester and a former board member and treasurer of the Allendale Columbia School and the CFA Society of Rochester. Prior to co-founding Cobblestone, he served as Vice President at JP Morgan Chase. Tom and his wife, Julie, live in Brighton. They have three children.
Peter Greaves-TunnellPartner, joined 1991
Peter is a co-founder of Cobblestone and serves as a Senior Partner, Portfolio Manager, and member of the Investment Committee. He earned a B.A. degree in English from Lafayette College, studied at the London School of Economics, and earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Rochester. Peter currently serves on the Investment Committees of the Episcopal Diocese of Rochester and Christ Episcopal Church in Pittsford, NY. He is also a Trustee of the Seneca Waterways Council, BSA. He previously served as President of the Board of Governors of the Genesee Valley Club and as Scout Master for Pittsford Troop 129. He and his wife Louise reside in Pittsford and have three sons.
Jason S. Garlock, CFAPartner, joined 2001
Jason serves as Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee for Cobblestone. He directs the firm’s investment research and portfolio implementation process and is responsible for overseeing all daily investment management decisions. Jason has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and an M.S. degree in Water Resources & Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University. He is a past President of the CFA Society of Rochester and a Director and past-Board Chair at Epilepsy-PRALID, Inc. Jason, his wife Debra and their three children reside in Penfield.
Eric Furnal, CFAJoined 2012
Eric serves as Head of Private Investments at Cobblestone. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the investment processes and operational activities of Cobblestone’s private investment solutions while assisting with strategic planning efforts surrounding the firm’s private capital market endeavors. Eric received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Eric and his wife, Karen, reside in Fairport with their two children.
Jordan Millner, CFAJoined 2010
Jordan serves as Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Analyst. He develops asset allocations that attempt to maximize risk-adjusted returns in an effort to meet clients’ needs and goals. Additionally, Jordan is a named Portfolio Manager on a collection of the firm’s public market equity strategies. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Le Moyne College and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Jordan serves as a board member with the CFA Society of Rochester and with Penfield Little League Baseball. He is a past finance committee member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish in Brighton. Jordan resides in Webster.

Colin serves as Portfolio Manager for Cobblestone. He is responsible for designing and executing asset allocation plans for clients according to their needs. Colin also provides analytical support for our various equity strategies and is responsible for overseeing and supporting the firm’s trading department. Colin earned a B.S. degree in Biochemistry and an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from the University of Rochester. He serves as an Associate Board Treasurer for Epilepsy-PRALID, Inc. Colin and his wife, Margaret, reside in Rochester.
Ryan B. BynanJoined 2018
Ryan serves as Junior Alternative Investment Analyst for Cobblestone, focusing on alternative investment opportunities for the firm’s clients. He is a Level II CFA candidate. Ryan attended the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Cobblestone, Ryan was a Strategist at Manning & Napier, where he provided insights on investment trends and events driving economic and financial market activity. He is a former Board Member and Financial Treasurer for the Winton Road Nursery School. Ryan resides in Fairport with his wife, Christie, and their four children.
David MaggiJoined 2018
David serves as Investment Systems Associate for Cobblestone. He is the primary trader of individual equities and fixed income securities, mutual funds and other investment vehicles. David earned a B.S. degree in Business and Economics from Nazareth College. He is a Rochester area native and McQuaid Jesuit High School alumnus. David currently resides with his family in Pittsford.
Oleg Litvinenko, CFAOutside Advisor
Oleg is a Managing Partner at Meeting House Capital, LLC, an investment firm based in Cambridge, MA. Meeting House serves individuals and institutions and advises Cobblestone on its individual equity strategies. Prior to founding Meeting House, Oleg served as Cobblestone’s Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Equity Research for 8 years. Before joining Cobblestone, Oleg served in a variety of investment-related roles at Cabot Wealth Management and Fidelity Investments. Oleg received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University and an M.B.A. from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. In his spare time, Oleg is pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of CFA Society Boston. Oleg and his wife Meg reside in Cambridge, MA with their two children.
