Tom serves as Co-Managing Partner of Cobblestone. He received a B.A. degree in History from Washington and Lee University and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Tom is a board member and Assistant Treasurer of the Urban League of Rochester, a board member at Allendale Columbia School and a former board member and Treasurer of the CFA Society of Rochester. Prior to co-founding Cobblestone, he served as Vice President at JP Morgan Chase. Tom, his wife Julie, and their three children live in Pittsford.

John T. DiPasquale (joined 1999)
Partner
John serves as Co-Managing Partner of Cobblestone. He received a B.A. degree in Economics from Georgetown University. Prior to joining Cobblestone, John served four years as Assistant to the President of Georgetown, and spent five years with Salomon Smith Barney as a financial consultant. Involved in a number of local organizations, he presently serves on the Board of Governors of Oak Hill Country Club and the Advancement Committee for McQuaid Jesuit High School. John, his wife Meghan and their two children reside in Pittsford.

Jason S. Garlock, CFA (joined 2001)
Partner Jason directs Cobblestone’s investment research and portfolio implementation process and is responsible for overseeing all daily investment management decisions. Jason has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and an M.S. degree in Water Resources & Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University. He is the President of the CFA Society of Rochester and serves as a board member at PRALID. Jason, his wife Debra and their three children reside in Penfield.

Reflecting his multidisciplinary background, Dan serves both as a senior wealth planner and senior portfolio manager. Prior to co-founding Cobblestone Capital Advisors, Dan served as Vice President of JPMorgan Chase where he managed the Personal Investment Department for the upstate NY region. Dan received a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Financial Planner™. He and his wife, Kitt reside in Tampa, FL but have deep roots in the Rochester area, formerly serving on numerous Rochester not-for-profit boards.

Peter serves as Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of the Capital Investment Committee for Cobblestone. He earned a B.A. degree in English from Lafayette College, studied at the London School of Economics, and earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Rochester. Peter serves as a board member at Allendale Columbia School and the Genesee Valley Club. He and his wife

Eric Furnal (joined 2012)
A native of the Rochester area, Eric received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Eric serves as an investment analyst, supporting the investment committee’s asset allocation and security selection process in a broad capacity. He also specializes in investment implementation and equity/fixed income trading. Eric is pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and resides in Fairport.

Oleg is an equity analyst responsible for fundamental analysis and investment recommendations related to the firm's individual equity strategies. Prior to joining Cobblestone, Oleg was an equity research associate and trader at Cabot Money Management, a Boston-area registered investment advisor. Oleg received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Pace University and an M.B.A. from Boston University's Graduate School of Management. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Rochester. Oleg and his wife Meg, a Rochester native, reside in Pittsford with their daughter.

Jordan received a B.S. degree in Finance from Le Moyne College and serves as an analyst specializing in investment implementation and equity/fixed income trading. In addition, Jordan contributes to the firm’s exchange traded fund and mutual fund research process. Prior to joining Cobblestone, Jordan interned at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney assisting financial advisors in the asset allocation decision making process. Jordan is pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and resides in Penfield.
